This form for booking (a) Zoom attendance of the Members's Weekend event, (b) in person attendance of the Members' Weekend (with or without associated catering), or (c) attendance of the Annual Dinner only, without participation in the rest of the event. Please complete a form for each in-person attendee. Separately, if you want accommodation at Rewley House, please book this directly by sending an email to res-ctr@conted.ox.ac.uk or by phoning 01865 270362. Accommodation is limited so should be booked without delay. PhilSoc events are for members only. If you know of a non-member who would like to attend, please have them join PhilSoc first at https://oxfordphilsoc.org/Joining.html.
